So You haven't felt like yourself
in a while?...

Do you wake up at 3 am with your mind already running?  Snap at your kids over something small and hate yourself for it? Cancel plans at the last minute... not because you want to, but because you just can't face it today? And maybe you push through the day anyway, with tension in your body that never subsides.

You're not completely falling apart. But something has shifted...

...And the usual approach of pushing through isn't working.

The low hum of stress doesn't go quiet.

And, if you're honest, you're scared it's starting to get bigger...

...Before It Does, You Deserve to Pause, Understand, and Genuinely Heal.

That's What This Retreat Is For

No More Soldiering On.

Rewire.

Three days.
One complete shift

Anxiety Rewired is a clinically held residential retreat at Imrama Retreat Sanctuary in Loburn — 45 minutes from Queenstown, exclusively for our group. Maximum 12 women.

Led by Clinical Psychologist Diante Fuchs alongside kinesiologist Alex Bowles, the retreat addresses the three things that keep stress and anxiety building:

  • the root cause driving it,
  • the nervous system that's stuck in high alert,
  • and the response pattern that keeps reinforcing it.

You'll leave with three things:

...A deep understanding of why yourself and stress response,

... A genuinely reset nervous system (not just temporarily rested)

... And a way of responding to stress/anxiety that shifts it — for good.

The Programme

Each day a single purpose.

01

Friday 22 May · Afternoon + Evening

"I can land here."

Arrive and genuinely downshift. Welcome women's circle, a fresh perspective on stress + anxiety, and somatic nervous system settling. The pace is slow and deliberate, because arriving properly is its own kind of work for women who are used to going flat out.

02

Saturday 23 May · Full Day

"Now it makes sense."

The deepest day. Understand the root cause of your stress/anxiety — where it started, what it's responding to, and why pushing through hasn't shifted it. Afternoon maps the overthinking spirals we find ourselves in and how to interrupt them. Somatic work throughout. Evening: Reflection, sound healing, genuine rest.

 03

Sunday 24 May · Morning

"I know how to respond now."

Integration and your new stress response pattern. Move from "why do I keep reacting like this?" to genuine self-understanding. Leave with a clear, practical response for the next time stress/anxiety rises. Closing circle. Home by 1pm — genuinely restored.

"Healing isn't the absence of hard feelings. It's finally having room to breathe inside them."

— Diante Fuchs, Clinical Psychologist

This Is For the Woman Who Knows Things Have to change.

You wake up already stressed before the day has started

You're snapping at people you love and feeling awful about it

You're cancelling plans last minute because you just can't face it

You're exhausted in a way that sleep doesn't fix

You've tried a few things and they haven't quite worked

You want to understand the root cause — not just cope with symptoms

You need a proper break — not a holiday, a genuine reset

You want to stop this before it gets any bigger

You don't need to be in crisis to deserve this.

Catching anxiety early (before it becomes entrenched) is exactly the right instinct.
This retreat is for the woman who is paying attention.
Your facilitators

understand this deeply.

Diante Fuchs

Clinical Psychologist · Creator of the EASE Method

Diante founded The Unstuck Initiative after her own experience with anxiety and panic, and two years supporting her husband through severe health anxiety. Tired of the limitations of a therapy room, she created a method that helps people heal anxiety at the root, not manage it indefinitely.

She is the creator of the EASE Method — a clinically grounded, non-pathologising framework built on the understanding that anxiety is not a disorder, but a stuck emotional response that can be genuinely changed. Anxiety Rewired is three days of that method in one of the most beautiful places in New Zealand.

Alex Bowles

Kinesiologist · Wellbeing Practitioner

Alex is a Queenstown-based kinesiologist and natural health practitioner with over 20 years of experience. She uses muscle testing to help clients access the unconscious mind — identifying and releasing the stressors, beliefs and emotional patterns held in the body.

At Anxiety Rewired, Alex holds the somatic thread throughout every day — grounding the clinical teaching in the body, guiding the nervous system back to safety after each session, and leading sound healing each evening. She is warm, deeply skilled, and exactly the right person to hold a room of women doing real work.

"Oh my goodness you held that safe space so amazingly and your insights and intuition into each of our experiences with anxiety were just amazing. I'm in awe of the time, energy and passion you put in. You knew everything about our struggles with anxiety so quickly and made us all feel so valued and validated. It's the first time I've felt properly seen and heard with anxiety — even after 6 months of 1:1 therapy I didn't feel this understood and genuinely cared for."

The setting

Imrama Sanctuary,
Central Otago.

Imrama, meaning "the journey of the soul", sits on 21 hectares of land in Lowburn, Central Otago. Established gardens and an orchard surround a beautiful five-bedroom house held exclusively for our group. It is quiet, private, and deeply restorative.

Sessions are held in Imrama's rustic event shed; a warm, high-ceilinged space with adjustable lighting and a fireplace. Meals are communal and unhurried. The grounds are yours to wander between sessions; creek walks, orchard paths, a quiet corner in the garden.

For women whose nervous systems have been running on high alert, being held in this kind of stillness is part of the work. Three days completely away from your normal life does more for a stretched nervous system than you might expect.

May 22-24, Arrive Friday 2pm, Depart Sunday 12pm

MAXIMUM 10 WOMEN

The setting isn't incidental.
It's part of the medicine.

There is growing research showing that even short periods in nature lower cortisol, calm the nervous system and improve mood. Your nervous system is biologically wired to regulate in natural environments. It's where we are supposed to be.

Most of us, if we're lucky, get a walk around the block. Here you have 21 hectares of rolling hills, creek, orchard and open sky... and the time to actually be in it.

Lowburn in May is extraordinary. Autumn Central Otago light, stillness, and a scale of landscape that makes the mental noise of everyday life feel very far away. For women who haven't stopped in months (possibly years) this environment begins doing its work the moment you arrive.

"YOU ARE A ROCKSTAR! You are inspirational and motivational. I've tried various strategies and talked to different therapists but many have made me feel guilty for feeling symptoms and told me to get over it. You actually taught me to live with it because it is a normal reaction. Your tips and messages along with the course material have been awesome. I wish I had longer to work with you."

"Very calming and relaxing, so real. I felt like we were all equal — as I've learnt, everyone has anxiety... it's HOW we deal with it that matters. Diante is very kind and validates ALL your feelings, no matter how silly you think they are yourself. Thanks a mill Dee!"
