Anxiety Rewired is a clinically held residential retreat at Kinloch Wilderness Retreat in Glenorchy — an hour from Queenstown, exclusively for our group. Maximum 12 women.

Led by Clinical Psychologist Diante Fuchs alongside kinesiologist Alex Bowles, the retreat addresses the three things that keep anxiety building:

  • the root cause driving it,
  • the nervous system that's stuck in high alert,
  • and the response pattern that keeps reinforcing it.

Most approaches to anxiety teach you to manage it. Calm it down. Think your way out of it. Distract yourself.

But managing anxiety doesn't change it.
