Your booking confirmation is on its way. It includes your booking details, the retreat dates and venue address, and everything you need ahead of May 22nd.

Pre-retreat questionnaire
You will receive a questionnaire from Diante. It helps her understand where you are right now so the weekend can be as relevant and personal as possible.

Pre-retreat emails
Over the coming weeks you'll receive a short series of emails to help you prepare: what to bring, what to expect, and how to get the most out of your three days.

Arrive Friday 22 May from 2pm
Imrama, Lowburn, Central Otago. Come as you are. There's nothing to prepare, nothing to read in advance, and nothing to get right. Just arrive.

Before you arrive
The retreat begins
before you get there.
The weeks between now and May 22nd are part of the experience. Not in a homework way... in a gentle, orienting way. You'll start to notice things about your stress/anxiety you haven't noticed before, simply because you've made the decision to pay attention.
What to bring
Comfortable clothes for movement and rest. A journal if you have one. An open mind. Full packing list in your confirmation email.
What to leave behind
Your to-do list. Your expectations. The idea that you need to show up any particular way. You're allowed to just be here.
Devices
We gently encourage phones off or on silent from Friday afternoon. This is your time. The world will wait.
